The Board of Consultants –
 National Black Catholic Apostolate for Life extends
Prayers and Best Wishes to our Board Member

Very Rev. Father Glenn D. Parker, CSs.R, on his election  as
Vice Provincial – Southern Vice Province of the Redemptorist.

 Father Glenn Parker becomes the
First African American ever elected as Vice Provincial. 

A Mass will be offered for Father Glenn Parker’s intention at the
Holy Mother of God Chapel – Shrine of St. Josephine Bakhita on
Saturday February 28, 2015. 
Let us pray with grateful hearts for our Fr. Glenn Parker.

The National Black Catholic Apostolate for Life was inaugurated in the fall of 1997, with the
National Black Catholic Clergy Caucus and the Franciscan Solid Ground Ministry as sponsors
and with the support of the late
John Cardinal O'Connor, then Archbishop of New York and the
Archdiocesan Office of Black Ministry - Brother Tyrone A. Davis, CFC, Executive Director. 
Since then, NBCAL Affiliates have been established throughout the United States.
